You can make an appointment by clicking the Book button below.
Attending your appointment
To assist us in making your visit as complete and helpful as possible for you, please bring the following to your consult:
- Valid referral letter - this allows us to communicate with your referring doctor, and allows you to claim your medicare rebates for your consult fees on the day
- Medicare / DVA Card details
- Private insurance fund details, if you are in a fund
- List of regular medications
- List of previous operations
- Any previous investigations
- Hearing tests (old and new)
- CT, MRI or X-rays (images, as well as the report)
- Sleep study reports (old and new)
- Blood test results

Cancelling an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, you will need to contact us, even if you booked on Hotdoc.
You can click the Contact link above, email Reception@sydneycityent.com, or call (02) 8068 0858 and leave a message with your name and appointment time.
Please do let us know as soon as you can when you'd like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients who may be waiting.
We do not impose cancellation fees, and we understand that unexpected events can change your plans. However, due to long waits for appointments and to minimise wait times for all patients, please note that after the 2nd cancellation, or for a cancellation within 1 business day of the appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit to book your next appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable, but is fully redeemable against the consult fee so there’s no extra cost to you overall.
